Pricing is per item and by size, so you can have one sofa done or a whole property.
Sofas and Armchairs
Fabric sofas, corner units, armchairs and dining chairs, including cushions and, where they can be removed, the covers.
Mattresses
Single through to king. Cleaned in place on the bed frame, then left to dry before the bed is made up again.
Carpets and Rugs
Fitted carpet and loose rugs, cleaned in the room rather than taken away.
Other Soft Furnishings
Headboards, ottomans, upholstered benches and office seating.
How a Visit Runs
Check the fabric
The material is identified and checked before anything is applied. Not every fabric takes the same treatment, and some should not be wet-cleaned at all.
Vacuum and pre-treat
Loose soil is removed first, then marks and heavily used areas are pre-treated so the main clean has less to lift.
Clean
The item is cleaned using the method suited to the fabric, working the full surface rather than only the visible marks.
Extract and dry
As much moisture as possible is drawn back out, which is what determines how quickly the item is usable again.
Drying time depends on the fabric, how heavily soiled the item was and the airflow in the room. We will tell you what to expect before we start rather than after.
What Affects the Price
Number and size of items
A three-seater and a corner unit are different jobs. Item count and size drive the price more than anything else.
Fabric
Some materials need a gentler method or longer preparation, and that affects the time on site.
Level of soiling
A routine refresh is quicker than something that has taken years of heavy use.
Stains
Specific marks may need individual treatment. We will say honestly whether a stain is likely to lift before we start.
Access
Upper floors, lifts and parking affect how long equipment takes to get in and out, particularly in apartment buildings.
Timing
Whether the property is occupied and how quickly the items need to be usable again.
We do not publish a fixed price list. Send photographs and a rough count of the items and you will get a price back without needing a visit first — upholstery is one of the few services we can usually quote from pictures alone.

Most enquiries come at one of these moments rather than on a schedule.
Moving in or out
Cleaning furniture and mattresses left in a property, or getting your own items ready before they go into a new home. End-of-tenancy is one of the most common reasons people call.
Something has been spilled
Food, drink or pets. The sooner it is dealt with the better the outcome, so it is worth calling early rather than waiting to see whether it dries out.
Dust and allergies
Soft furnishings hold fine dust, and in Dubai they accumulate it quickly. Households sensitive to dust often clean upholstery and mattresses more regularly than most.
The sofa simply looks tired
Gradual soiling is hard to notice because it happens slowly. Arms, seat cushions and headrests go first, and a clean often recovers more than people expect.

What does a sofa or upholstery clean involve?
The fabric is checked, loose soil vacuumed away, marks and heavily used areas pre-treated, then the item is cleaned using a method suited to the material and the moisture extracted. Everything is done in your property.
How long will the items take to dry?
It depends on the fabric, how soiled the item was and the airflow in the room. We will give you a realistic expectation before starting rather than after, so you can plan around it.
Will every stain come out?
Not always, and we would rather say so up front. Age, the substance and whether it has been treated before all matter. We will tell you honestly which marks are likely to lift and which may not.
How often should mattresses and sofas be cleaned?
It depends on use — a spare-room mattress and a family sofa are not comparable. Rather than quote a blanket interval, we would look at the items and tell you what they actually need.
Do you clean carpets and rugs as well?
