Choose the Service That Matches Your Project
Each page below covers the decisions, scope and pricing variables specific to that type of work. If you are not sure which applies, the comparison further down will narrow it.
Apartment Renovation
Whole-apartment work across rooms and services, planned around building access and the realities of working inside an occupied tower.
Villa Renovation
Larger floorplates, more trades and external elements — planned as a single sequenced programme rather than a series of separate jobs.
Kitchen Renovation
Cabinetry, worktops, splashbacks and tiling, plus the electrical and plumbing work behind them.
Bathroom Renovation
Waterproofing, tiling, sanitaryware and fittings, in the room where getting the sequence wrong costs the most.
Bedroom Renovation
Fitted and walk-in wardrobes, finishes, lighting and the layout changes behind them.
Office Renovation
Partitions, ceilings, power and data, flooring and joinery for commercial interiors — often around a workplace still in use.
Renovation, Fit-Out or Refurbishment?
These three words are used interchangeably in Dubai and they do not mean the same thing. Knowing which one you actually need changes the scope, the trades involved and the price.
Which Path Fits Your Property?
Apartments
Work is shaped by the building as much as by the unit — access, lift bookings, working hours and waste removal all affect how the programme is sequenced.
Villas
More space, more trades and often external work as well. The gain is fewer access constraints; the challenge is coordinating a longer trade sequence.
Offices and Commercial
Priced by system rather than by room — partitions, ceilings, power and data — and usually phased around a business that still has to operate.

How a Primo Renovation Runs
Site visit
We measure the space, record the existing finishes and services, and go through what you need changed. Nothing is priced before this.
Scope and quotation
You receive a written quotation itemised by trade, so you can see what each element costs and remove anything outside the budget.
Selections
Finishes, fittings and materials are chosen and confirmed before work starts, so the programme is not held up mid-job.
Strip out and protection
Redundant finishes are removed, and areas that stay in use are protected and separated from the works.
Services and builder’s work
Partitions, electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning alterations are completed before anything is closed in.
Finishes and joinery
Tiling, flooring, ceilings, joinery and paintwork are completed in sequence.
Snagging and handover
We walk the space with you, list what needs correcting, close it out, and clean before handover.
What Affects Your Quotation
We do not publish renovation prices, because these are the things that actually move the number across every property type.
Scope of change
Keeping the layout keeps the trade list short. Moving walls, plumbing or electrical points brings in more trades and more sequencing.
Condition of the property
Damaged plaster, failed waterproofing, uneven floors or previous alterations may need correcting before new finishes can go on.
Specification level
The gap between entry-level and premium finishes, joinery and fittings is usually the single largest variable in any quotation.
Occupied or empty
Working around people in occupation means more protection, more phasing and shorter working windows than an empty property.
Access and building rules
Lift bookings, working hours and waste routes differ by building and affect how much of the programme can run in parallel.
Size and quantity
Area matters, but linear metres of joinery, partition and tiling usually drive cost more directly than floor area alone.
Primo does not quote a renovation without seeing the property. Anything priced from photographs or a plan alone will change once someone measures it on site.
Why Choose Primo
Renovation projects fail at the joins between trades. The value is in one contractor sequencing them in the right order and carrying the coordination.
One contractor, every trade
Carpenters, electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, tilers and painters are scheduled by us. You have one point of contact and one quotation rather than six.

Renovation & Fit-Out Questions
What renovation services does Primo offer?
Primo covers apartment, villa, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and office renovation, along with interior fit-out work. Related trades such as waterproofing, painting and flooring are handled within the same scope rather than subcontracted out to you.
What is the difference between renovation and fit-out?
Renovation improves a space that already functions, usually keeping the layout. A fit-out builds out an empty or stripped space from scratch — partitions, ceilings, services and finishes all installed new. The comparison table above sets out the terms in full.
How long will my project take?
It depends entirely on the scope, the property and whether it is occupied. We give an indicative programme with the written quotation, once the scope is fixed after the site visit. We do not quote a duration before seeing the property.
Do you provide a written quotation?
Yes. Quotations are issued in writing and itemised by trade, so you can see what each element costs and remove anything you do not want.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes. Clients regularly supply their own tiles, sanitaryware, flooring or light fittings. We confirm what is needed and when it has to be on site so it does not hold up the programme.
How do I get started?
Send photographs and rough dimensions on WhatsApp, or call us. We arrange a site visit, and the quotation comes back in writing, itemised by trade.
