What Our Handymen Cover
Most call-outs fall into these four areas, and one visit can usually cover more than one of them.
Electrical
Light fittings and fixtures, switches and socket outlets, replacing faulty accessories, and tracing the cause when a circuit keeps tripping.
Plumbing
Dripping taps and mixers, running cisterns, blocked wastes, flexible hoses, shower fittings and the sealant around them.
Carpentry
Doors that stick or will not latch, hinges and handles, wardrobe and cabinet doors, shelving, curtain rails and flat-pack assembly.
General Repairs and Fixings
Wall fixings, mirrors and TV brackets, re-sealing kitchens and bathrooms, grout touch-ups and the small making-good that follows any repair.

If something turns out to be larger than expected, we explain it and price it. Nothing additional is carried out without your say-so.

What does a handyman visit cover?

Can I have several jobs done in one visit?
Yes, and it is usually the most economical way to use us. Send the whole list up front so the right trade and materials come with the technician.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Offices, retail units, restaurants and clinics as well as apartments and villas. Access and working hours are agreed before the visit.
Do you provide a quotation before starting?
Yes. You receive a price before anyone attends. If something is found to be larger than expected once on site, it is explained and quoted before any further work is carried out.
Do I need to supply anything?
Not usually. If you want a specific fitting, tap or handle, you are welcome to supply it — just tell us in advance so the technician brings the right tools.
What if the same problems keep recurring?
That is usually a sign the property would be better on planned maintenance than repeated call-outs. An Annual Maintenance Contract covers this work on a schedule rather than reactively.
What to Expect
